I have to say I was nervous to order on online, initially. I also orders right before Christmas I didn’t get the bracelets until after the holidays, but it worked out for the best. Ordering custom was on me, and 4 weeks was cutting it close. Anytime I emailed customer service to inquire, they always responded promptly. They even sent me complimentary bracelets as an apology for the delay. That being said, the bracelets are high quality and look amazing. I ordered 13 for my father to give out, and he did for Valentines Day. My family loved them. Especially because it was my moms saying to us and it has been a year since she passed away.
Will order in the future ... definitely cannot go wrong!

I’ve ordered seven of these bracelets so far; three were customized. They are all beautiful, comfortable, and durable. Four of the bracelets were gifts, and the recipients all loved them. I especially appreciate the option to customize the sayings. They take a long time to arrive, but it is worth the wait because the printing each time has been totally correct. The latest two bracelets have larger font sizes than my first one, which is a nice improvement. Thank you for great service!

Very disappointed in your service. If you can’t provide reasonable delivery time, at least tell customers that it’s going to take “a long, long time to get” and you don’t know when that will be.

Although I love the custom bracelet, I finally received it after 8+ weeks and several emails. I ordered as a Christmas gift 5 weeks before Christmas and received it Jan 18. I won’t order a custom bracelet again. Maybe an in stock one but who knows if that would arrive within 4 weeks.
